Fundamental Technique (101B): Mondays at 6 PM, 6 weeks: May 8, 15, 22, June 12, 19, 26: No classes on Memorial Day(5/29) or 6/5 (Rahil out of town) $75/series, $15/drop (plus PayPal fee when paying online)
Perfect posture and essential isolations, adding basic layers of arms, steps, and shimmies. Each session will emphasize different technique based on participant skills, such as pelvic isolations, hand movements, shoulder shimmies, steps, interior and exterior circles, abdominal dexterity, chest flexibility.
Prereq: Completion of Introduction to Belly Dance series or instructor approval.
