Mixed Level Shimmy Drills (102): Sundays from 3 to 4 PM, 4 weeks (November 3, 10, 24, December 8; NO CLASSES 11/17 due to Journey through Egypt, NO CLASSES 12/1 due to Rahil's travel schedule) $50/session, $15/drop (plus PayPal fee when paying online)
Drill several types of shimmies to perfection! In this class you will increase your shimmy strength and stamina, gain an understanding of variations of shimmies, and begin layering isolations with shimmies. All of these skills are key to taking your dance to the next level!
Prereq: Completion of Introduction to Belly Dance series or instructor approval.
